Most clients should have all channels covered again,
may 21th, 10.28 CEST
Most clients should now have all their channels covered again with data.
A small list of channels is remaining to get repopulated though. We are working hard on getting these channels back in production.
We thank you all for your patience.
777 channels has been repopulated,
may 19th, 21.28 CEST
Now 777 channels has been repopulated. Still we have 106 urgent channels, we are working on populating.
We are continuing to populate channels and expect that most of the remaining urgent channels will be fixed by end of day tomorrow sunday.
If you have any problems or important channels for you setup missing data, don't hesitate to contact us.
We expect that all our 1400 channels will have data by the end of the coming week.
More than 600 channels has been repopulated,
may 18th, 15.32 CEST
We have now populated more than 600 channels with data again. We have since yesterday morning handled more than 8000 emails with data from channels delivering data to us through email. These as well has to be parsed, which do take some time.
You can still get a live status on
our list of urgent treated channels.
Our team will stay in all weekend to parse as many channels as possible, so we can get back to normal state as soon as possible.
Please notice, that due to our massive data loss, some channels might have received new channel numbers (id). If you need help to remap your channel id's, don't hesitate to contact us at
support@epgs.com.
Most channels will have kept their id though. (Approximately 100 channels out of 1400 channels has changed id, and primarily channels which we have added within the last month).
